General Policy

All payments made for advertising, promotions, or featured listings on Jaipur Sherins are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered, or an ad has gone live on the website.

Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you are charged more than once for the same service, please contact us immediately for a refund of the duplicate transaction.
  • Service Not Delivered: If your listing or advertisement was not published due to an internal error on our part, you may request a full refund or choose to reschedule your ad.
  • Payment Error: In the event of a technical or billing error, please provide proof, and we will investigate the matter.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.

No Refunds in These Cases

We do not issue refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Poor user response to your advertisement.
  • Ads removed due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the advertiser.
  • Ads taken down at your own request before the end of the paid period.
Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly discourage fraudulent chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended, and future listings may be denied.

We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks and share necessary documentation with payment processors or legal authorities if required.
